It is always said that a dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work” to achieve it. In St Joseph Secondary School Emene we dream dreams and we see visions. Thus, Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do” Pele, Brazilian soccer player, we do not stop at the world of form rather through hard work we manifest and translate our dreams and visions into reality. Our vision and dream is to demonstrate our ideas pragmatically to the world.

The class of 2021/2022 set has given the world a prove of our dreams and visions. Their results are fantastically unbeatable.
Of course, I do not know anyone who has got the top without hard work. That is the recipe. It will not always get you to the top, but should get you pretty near– Margret Thatcher. They have burn the candles, they have been drilled and disciplined today they have mounted on the wings of the great bird eagle flying their success.

Our tools to success are simple:

We provided a compelling, positive vision with clear goals. …

We communicated the right stuff at the right time. …

We selected the right people for the right job. …

We created a united, team atmosphere ( good school climate)

We encouraged cool stuff—continuous improvement and innovation. …

We recognized and rewarded excellent performance.

My special thanks and unalloyed appreciation to our amiable parents who provided for them throughout this period of excruciating learning experience. To our indefatigable staff and managers I say kudos. May the Almighty God always reward you abundantly. Amen and Amen.
